- Wills and Powers of Attorney for First Nation people whether they live inside or outside of Manitoulin’s First Nation communities;
- Assistance with filling out class action applications specific to First Nation claims (e.g., Federal Indian Hospitals Settlement; Indian Boarding Homes);
- Assistance with Applications to be named Administrator of an Estate with Indigenous Services Canada (ISC);
- Record Suspension (Pardon) applications, recognizing the widespread discrimination against, and overrepresentation of, Indigenous peoples in policing and in the criminal justice system;
- Commissioning of Statutory Declarations and other documents.
If there are other services requested that we are not able to provide, we will try to connect you with resources that can help.
